Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Crossfit Coach to join our team at Hunters Creek CrossFit. As a Crossfit Coach, you will be responsible for leading and instructing individuals or groups in various Crossfit exercises and workouts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and fitness journey of our members.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Crossfit classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for participants

- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises

- Provide modifications and progressions for participants of different fitness levels

- Motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals

- Develop and implement engaging and challenging workout programs

- Educate participants on proper nutrition and recovery strategies

- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

- Assist with member check-ins, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in Crossfit training methodologies

- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate exercises to participants

- Knowledge of body mechanics and proper form to prevent injuries

- Experience in program design for individual or group workouts

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with members

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals

- Knowledge of other fitness disciplines such as yoga, pilates, or dance is a plus

- Previous experience in fitness sales or personal training is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $60.00 per hour
